Our beautiful townhome at Anchors features four bedrooms three full baths. Being directly on the beach, this townhouse offers you the best of the Emerald Coast.
Unobstructed gulf views from various areas of the home, including three private balconies, and direct beach access make this townhome perfect for a family vacation!
Anchors is a three story townhome. The main floor features an open floor plan w/ the living room (with sofa sleeper), dining area & kitchen all flowing together.
The kitchen features granite & corain counter tops. The dining area is directly next to the bar/kitchen and also features a window seat, great for reading!
Gulf views will welcome you from all angles of this floor. Walk out from the living room to your private deck, and from there, a few steps down and your toes are in sugary white sands!
The second floor has two bedrooms. Upon arriving on the second floor you’ll immediately be at a full sized bathroom. To the right is your guest bedroom w/ a queen bed and street side balcony. The other bedroom is one of two master suites that face the beach and has a private bathroom AND balcony! Enjoy an incredible gulf view from the master suite!
Top floor features the additional two bedrooms. Third guest bedroom has two double beds and is next to the full size bathroom. The additional “master” features a king bed, private balcony and again, some incredible gulf views!! The top floor has an interesting bathroom setup. There is one shower/tub and two separate toilet/vanity areas.
Anchors is located on the Scenic Gulf Drive in the western part of Destin by Walmart. It is only a couple properties away from the popular The Back Porch restaurant/bar. You can easily walk from the beach or the front of the townhome and enjoy lunch/dinner or cocktails! The Candy Maker is also in this area which not only hand makes delicious candies, taffies and fudges, but also serves a yummy breakfast!
Fun times are sure to be had shopping at the Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall or one of the other dozens of other shopping centers, ride go carts and bumper boats at The Track, splash and slide at Big Kahunas water park, compete to see who gets the most tickets at Fat Daddy arcade, feed the crocodiles and enjoy lunch/dinner at Fudpuckers and water sports galore in Destin!!!!
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

This was our third year to stay at Anchors Townhome #5. Our family loves everything about the townhouse. We appreciate the nice upgrades that the owners make on the townhouse each year. The staff at Destin Realty has always been very courteous and accommodating to us during our stay. The only thing that we missed this year during our stay was not having Michael as our Beach Attendant. The new one was not as accommodating. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We are already looking forward to next summer and spending another week at Anchors #5. We would like to thank the owners for sharing their beautiful townhouse :) Ann B. 7/2016
We stayed August 2014 and loved our stay! The home is large and accompanies everyones needs. My favorite part was that we just walked out on the deck straight to the beach. It was easy to just run in and out from beach to house! We will be coming back! Hannah P., Texas 2014
I almost didn't write anything in fear that someone will take the week I'm wanting in 2013 !!!! This unit is perfect for a family of any age .... You have Walmart, Restaurants, Fresh Seafood and of course ALvin Island all right there..... There is a cafe we walked to that has a great breakfast and candy store. If you like a place that you can walk right on the beach and all the comforts of home, this place is it ! We only had one problem with the kitched sink being clogged and the Rental agency took care of the problem right away plus they are located right down the street from the Townhome. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only problem I had was leaving !!! I didn't want too !!! Jan, Elk Grove, Ca. August 2012
